the house 

The house is 120 m² and build in 1992. There are 3 bedrooms with room for 7 people all together. It is possible to get two more beds by using the pullout couch in the livingroom, making a total of 9 beds. There is also a bed for infants in the house.

There are 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. There is an open kitchen with a dining area connected to the living room. From the kitchen and livingroom there is direct acces to a covered terrace. There are several terraces on the premisis, one of them locates by the 4x8 meter big swimmingpool. The swimmingpool is taken care of by the local pool-service.

Well equipped house
The house is fully equipped with appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a TV, DVD player and a stereo.

Outside there is everything you might need of patio furniture, sun beds and grills for barbequing. There are 4 bikes in different sizes for adults and a kids size bike.

For the family with small children there is a bed and chair for infants as well as an indoor and outdoor playpen.
